Only what you send us through our enquiry, sign-up and contact forms, or by phone or email: your name, phone number, email address, the model and deposit option you are interested in, PCO licence status, preferred start date and any message you write. We do not take payments on this website and we do not have user accounts.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a hire (steps you ask us to take before entering a contract).
• To keep a record of our dealings with you (our legitimate interests).

Who sees it

Our team. Form submissions are processed for us by our website host and email provider, who act on our instructions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Links to the App Store, Google Play and Instagram take you to third-party services with their own policies.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and keep sensible business records, then we delete it.
